We believe there is a place for everybody, and we’re here to help you find it, prepare for it, and maintain it. Job Seekers
Your job coach will first get to know you and your goals, identify your interests, skills, and needs, then determine where you will be able to thrive. Once a clear goal and understanding has been established, your job coach will then help you to apply to jobs and give you interview support and tips. After you have been employed, your job coach will help with training, learning, and growing in your new career. Each individual has individual needs, and we recognize that. That is why we take the time to get to know you and your job goals first and foremost. You may need more, or less support than this, and that’s what we’re here for. Each job coach will offer the exact amount of support you need to thrive in your new career!
Employers
Many employers are unfamiliar with the benefits of using job coaches, but there are so many advantages to you as an employer. We not only assist you in finding more help for your workplace, but we also help to train them and support them along the way. This will help alleviate the stress of finding good help, and training them properly. Before we contact employers we do a screening to ensure we provide the employer with proper help. We don’t just place wherever we can. We make sure the help we bring you will be a good fit, ultimately to increase your productivity and bottom line. We hope each placement creates a new relationship and connection for both of us.
Meet our Founder
Jonathan Cheshire is the Founder and Executive Director of the Elevation Foundation. He works every day to help create a positive environment in the workforce for each and every individual. Jonathan believes that every person is capable of greatness. Whether they strive to be a store worker or store owner, his mission is to help empower people so they can fill their position with excellence. Jonathan has helped change the workforce for those with disabilities, equipping them with all the tools they need to succeed. He truly has a passion for people and believes everybody is capable of success.
Jonathan was born in Arizona, and now resides in Florida with his wife, son, and their 2 dogs. Outside of work you might find him at church, playing games with his family and friends, trying new restaurants, or traveling. His passion for people extends far outside his job. His friends and family say he is known for his generous spirit and compassion.
In addition to founding the Elevation Foundation, Jonathan is also an entrepreneur and business owner, who started his first business at age 17. From a very young age he has always found creative ways to make money, all to accomplish his biggest goal in life; help those around him.
